Larry has 22 years of experience working in the communication industry with an emphasis on critical power systems. His experience has taken him from a DC power technician in 1994, to a project manager in 1997, transitioning into sales and executive management in 1999. At which time Larry was responsible for growing a small electrical contracting business into a $25 Million nationally recognized critical power systems and communication infrastructure provider.
After this accomplishment Larry went on to serve as the executive VP of TAIC for 6 years prior to establishing Teracom Services in 2011. Teracom Services is a top-rated national provider of DC power systems, Critical AC Electrical, and Communication Infrastructure.
Oscar has 24 years of experience working in the Wireless Communication field. His experience has taken him from a a Cell Site Technician in 1998, to an Operation Switch Manager in 2010 transitioning into executive management and becoming an Engineering Construction Manager for Verizon Wireless in 2012.
After this accomplishment, Oscar continued with Verizon Wireless for a few years before moving to Teracom Services, and becoming the Vice President in 2019. Oscar is also currently working on his Bachelor’s in Small Business Development.
Starting as an Electrical Apprentice in the late 90’s, Ponch found himself a natural in the industry.
During his apprenticeship, Ponch started with service calls and became a Service Technician for the next 10 years. Ponch delivered exceptional customer service and satisfaction to employers and customers alike as he continued to climb his way up.
Taking these skills into management, Ponch became the Electrical Division Manager for Teracom Services in 2018. From minimal beginnings, the Division now works consistently with major GC’s in the valley and is growing new relationships nationwide.
As a member of IAEI Central Arizona Chapter, Ponch was elected to the chapters board for a third year in November 2019. His belief that continued education is detrimental to professional growth, motivated him to pursue and complete his four-year IECA apprenticeship with high marks in 2002. Since joining Teracom, Ponch has already obtained the Electrical Contractors License for Arizona and California, with the goal to progress into many other states.
Fernando started his career by building homes for 11 years in his father’s construction company. His knowledge in construction gave him the abilities to problem solve and succeed in transitioning into the telecommunications field. The construction knowledge he brought when starting with Teracom Services in 2012 provided the company more possibilities in taking on different types of projects. Under his leadership, he has helped Teracom Services build a strong and successful Telecommunication Construction installation division.
Fernando has now been with Teracom Services for over 7 years, starting off as a DC Power Installer, and then moving to Project Manager. Now as a Director, Fernando is currently heading the California market region.
After graduating in June 2006 from Arizona State University with a BA in Accountancy, Molly held various accounting positions from Accounting Assistant to Account Manager, to running her own bookkeeping service company for over 15 years.
Since starting at Teracom Services in 2014, Molly rose from Office Manager of 15 employees to Controller of Teracom which now has over 90 employees. As one of the sole contributors to the initial growth of the company as a whole, Molly was instrumental in growing Teracom’ s resume of prime contracts from 20 to well over 100.
Molly is currently in pursuit of her MBA in Accountancy.
Freddie began his career as a jack of all trades in many industries before making his way into telecommunications. He served honorably in the Army and the Air Force, and during his leaves from service, he would work and go to school both full-time.
After completing his service and earning two AOS from DeVry University in Electronics and Network Engineering, Freddie began his career in the industry as a National Logistics Director for warehousing and transportation.
In 2001, he took a position with Old Castle Glass as a Production Manager where he had the highest safety record the company ever held. After his position at Old Castle, Freddie decided to open his own business building custom homes and commercial water proofing.
After completing this successful venture for a few years, he moved to Globe and worked in the mines for the next 35 years; building even more experience, leading boring and excavating crews in digging trenches, footers, operating heavy equipment and more before being recruited into Telecommunications.
Freddie has since worked in the Utility and Fiber division of Telecommunications for 12 years.
In 2018 he joined Teracom Services and immediately expanded the Utility department, quickly becoming Director of Engineering within the first year.
Raul started his career 15 years ago building ethernet networks for small businesses in Mexico, actively gaining experience and building the beginning of his Telecom Career.
As a Radio Technician,he built high scale microwave networks, intercoms and CCTV Systems for many major banks among multiple states in Mexico. When given the opportunity to expand his Telecom Microwave career to the US, Raul played a major supporting role in the industry. He quickly climbed the Telecom ladder from Level 3 Technician to Project Manager, and finally, a business owner in the industry.
Moving over to Teracom Services in 2019, he continues to help the Wireless and Microwave Division build and grow.
Charles Williams has 24 years of wireless industry experience with extensive network design and deployment successes. His professional and leadership journey in wireless covers many aspects of wireless network deployment from RF Design/Optimization Engineer, Management of Site Acq and A&E services, Program/Project Management, Transport, Construction Management, and Integration. He has both designed and managed the deployment of networks and led a successful regional start up that supported the wireless industry with quality auditing, construction management services, small cell deployment and electrical services. His work reflected a proven and consistent track record for developing organizational processes that deliver results for clients safely and efficiently.
In 2020, Charles joined the Teracom Services team as the Director of Business Development focusing on current and future growth opportunities for the organization. Charles’ experience in the telecom industry and leadership experiences has uniquely equipped him to understand the need for constant organizational change to meet the everchanging demands of industry and client needs. He enjoys collaborating with team members, being a #girldad, and riding horses.
Erik Zittleman has over 20+ years in the field of wireless construction & OSP deployment and implementation. Erik began his Telecommunications career in 2000 after ETS’ing from the United States Army, where he served as a Senior Radio technician and operator for 5 years, active duty. He started his career in the industry as a Field Tower Technician and has since worked his way up into senior management and executive level positions. He has worked in the international arena, as well as 5 major US markets which consisted of ultimate execution for all the major carriers. Erik has extensive experience with all facets of wireless network & OSP construction services. He is a Problem-solver who takes an analytical approach to all projects, programs and initiatives. Erik is Hands-on with a proven track record of success in highly matrixed environments.
Robert Diaz started his telecommunications career in the Wireless Division, quickly climbing the industry ladder and becoming management in the field. His interest started when he began as a Tower Technician and worked his way up to Foreman in a short amount of time. The challenge and high demand for Wireless Technicians is what drove his passion for the industry.
He managed several projects for Ericsson AT&T, Ericsson T-Mobile, Sprint, Dish Network and Verizon and has consistently exceeded the expectations of both his internal and external customers.His leadership experience in building teams and delivering wireless networks along with his financial experience has also assisted in allowing him to safely complete jobs on time & within budget.
Robert Diaz joined Teracom in November of 2019 and currently manages the Texas Wireless Division overseeing all phases of Tower, NSB, Civil & and Minor Electrical Construction.Robertbrings a wealth of telecommunications experience with a track record that exceeds two decades, and continues to expand the Texas Tower Division at Teracom Services.
